I am a lawyer who qualified initially as a barrister, and then as a solicitor. I worked for 24+ years as a lawyer and a Partner and, latterly, as an Equity Partner in a large global law firm. I really benefitted from being coached throughout my executive leadership career, and so I went into coaching as I am a passionate about supporting leaders, and those preparing for leadership roles, in navigating the complex corporate landscape in this world of continuous change. 
 
My first-hand experience of corporate leadership, the culture and politics of large firms, informs my empathetic style in which I create a safe container for leaders to develop themselves through coaching. My coaching philosophy is to put people at the heart of leadership.  I support the emotional and psychological needs of leaders to be their best. 
 
I have balanced a long executive career with being a parent, and know only too well how challenging this can be.  I am from a mixed-race background and champion equality, diversity and inclusion.
 
I am a people-person; I love cooking, entertaining and spending time with friends and family.
